CrossKnowledge puts together a motivational profile for each individual based on 12 criteria ('potentials'). Each potential is analysed on a scale of 12 according to success strategies the person tends to implement (based on their experience, taste, values, etc.) Degrees of motivation are colour-coded.

 

This fully integrated utility manages the following assessment steps:


  • Sending out an on-line questionnaire
  • Producing a complete learner profile based on the results of the questionnaire
  • Prescribing and delivering personalised learning paths, using an exclusive link to CrossKnowledge e-learning modules, to help learners to develop their skills in areas identified at the profiling stage.

The solution is based on theoretical precepts similar to MBTI methods for getting to know people better, but pushes the analysis a step further by relating it to situations encountered in companies and identifying the things that help people cope with them.


This means it makes it possible for companies to groom the talent they need to pursue their development.
