CrossKnowledge Self-Assessments: evaluate and customize your trainings

The CrossKnowledge Self-Assessments are measuring solutions. They allow measuring the level of knowledge and skills of a trainee and at the same time the success of the training.

The CrossKnowledge Self-Assessments are displayed as on-line questionnaires and for every training programme include questions on theoretical knowledge and questions on practical skills.

 

For everyone signed up for a training, they allow:

  • Prior to training to measure knowledge and skills of each trainee in order to prescribe him/her a programme adapted to his/her needs
  • After the training to measure what has been acquired in terms of both knowledge (measured immediately after the training session) and effective practices (measured several months after the programme)

For HRM or training managers:

  • At a consolidated level, to provide with global insight into the level of knowledge acquired by the teams and the progress they have made, thanks to reporting that is organised per learner, group or skill. By « skill » we mean the total of concepts or the knowledge or the practices.
