Motivation expert Adam Grant joins The Faculty

Adam Grant is an associate professor at the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania). Professor, trainer and consultant in motivation and employees engagement, he joins the experts of the CrossKnowledge Faculty.

He holds university degrees in organisational psychology from the University of Michigan and Harvard University. His research focuses on work motivation, job design, and prosocial cooperative and helping behaviours.

 

Adam Grant's contribution is about 13 videocasts dealing with commitment which invite you to identify the motivation factors of your staff and will help them to realize their full potential.
