  • Evaluation: Are managers carefully evaluated on what they achieved in terms of people development
  • Reward: Do we have formal protocol to reward good results and sanction bad/low results
  • Training : Are the managers properly trained to strive for their coaching mission?
  • Cooperation: Are we properly involving the managers in the different phases of the L&D process?
  • Tools: Are the managers provided with all they need (time, tools, guidance) to support the training?
