The ILM endorsed Executive Programme for Business Management and Leadership offers 44 different training modules which evaluate, develop and certify management competencies. These programmes, delivered 100% via distance learning are designed to be accompanied by a mentor.

Each programme lasts 20 hours and has been developed to meet high standards with approval from ILM.
