Although there are an increasing number of areas where 'serious games' can be used in corporate settings, one area still remained to be explored: that of personal development. This covers hard-to-measure traits such as ability to listen, emotional intelligence, assertiveness, leadership and so on.

- A multi-function portal that allows the user to choose his or her avatar, analyse his or her leadership profile, download documents and leadership training resources, follow the progress of other players in the same group, and interact with them via a chat interface.
- A unique deployment format based not only on ITG (In The Game) activities but also IRL (In Real Life) activities performed by players logged in simultaneously: explaining the rules of the game to each other; solving a collective challenge to unlock the game when it's been temporarily locked; and giving mutual feedback to see if the leadership profile defined for each player by the game is also true 'IRL' (in real life).
