The 2016 Learning Initiative Awards is a contest inspiring the creation of high-quality e-learning projects created by our clients from around the world. Winning teams will be awarded on stage during the 2016 Talent conference in Paris, France.

You must be a CrossKnowledge client to compete.

Blended Learning

The “Best Learning Initiative in Blended Learning” rewards a blended learning program that uses two or more successful delivery methods.

Judging criteria:

  • Design of the Blended Learning project
  • Successful delivery through various methods
  • Compliance with learning goals
  •  Measurable benefits for the learner and the organization


Content creation

The “Best Learning initiative in Content Creation” rewards a successful learning content tailored to corporate needs.

Judging criteria:

  • Quality of created content
  •  Visual impact and ergonomics
  •  Variety of resources (video, dynamic text, presentations)
  • Strategy and method to organize internally and externally the production of content
  • Measurable benefits to training your audience (business impact, learner satisfaction through focus group/surveys)


Learner Engagement

The “Best Learning initiative in Learner Engagement” rewards a learning program that succeeded in attracting, engaging and retaining learners.

Judging criteria:

  • Innovative learner engagement methods (principles and formats)
  • Use of creative marketing tools to guide learners
  • Involvement of stakeholders
  •  Measurable benefits for the learner and the organization


Digital Learning Roll-Out

The “Best Digital Learning Roll-out Initiative” rewards a digital learning project that obtained results related to human resources, business goals and improved business outcomes.

Judging criteria:

  • The  digital learning roll-out is effectively aligned with the learning needs and the organizational situation
  • Innovative delivery methods and implementation plan
  • Measurable benefits for the learner and the organization
  • Change management strategy
