Gen Y and career management videocasts collection developed with Monika Hamori

CrossKnowledge is launching 13 new videocasts that deliver valuable advice on how to identify the best career accelerators and avoid traps that may hinder their progression.

CrossKnowledge is launching a new series of 13 videos on the theme of career development and human resources management.

Developed in conjunction with Monika Hamori, holder of a PhD from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a professor at the Instituto de Empresa Business School in Madrid, one of the top international business schools, these videos deliver valuable advice on how to identify the best career accelerators and avoid traps that may hinder their progression: how to diversify your experience; why focusing on lateral job mobility is a good thing; how to plan for career changes and ensure their success.

Monika also reveals the results of the research she has undertaken, providing managers with an insight into generation Y’s relationship to work and so allowing them to tap into the full potential of this emerging talent. Topics covered include young executives’ contractual relationships, their expectations in terms of training and career development practices (mentoring, coaching, etc) and their constant lookout for alternative job opportunities.

Monika’s work has attracted the attention of the Thinkers 50 “Guru Radar”, a list of the world’s top management experts. She is also included in the list of the 40 best business school professors under the age of 40.
