Visiting Professor at Cornell and Stanford Universities and at the University of Massachusetts, Isaac Getz shows us how to start building on staff intrinsic motivations – the desire to do, the involvement in action – before implementing complex system of extrinsic motivation (compensation & promotion strategy, etc.).

Isaac Getz is a professor at ESCP Europe, and was Visiting Professor at Cornell and Stanford Universities and at the University of Massachusetts.

His last book, Freedom, Inc. (Crown Business) co-authored with Brian Carney, has been acclaimed by Forbes, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, CNBC, and other media, and is already published in 6 countries. In 2010, he won the Syntec Award for the best academic article in France (“Liberating
Leadership”) in the category Organization/Management/HR.
