Jean-Pierre Detrie is a Professor at the HEC business schools, where he oversees the Strategic Management Masters programme. He is also Associate Director of a consultancy firm and Consulting Editor to a major publisher of management books. He is a graduate of the HEC School of Management and holds a post-graduate degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II.
Author of a number of articles appearing in publications in France and abroad, he was the chief editor of ‘Strategor’ : Strategie, Structures, Decision, Identite, 3rd edition (Dunod) 1997, and was a contributing author to ‘Strategie de l’Entreprise et diversification’ (Nathan), 1983.
