Paul Morton is the Managing Director of UK & Nordics for CrossKnowledge, which has been part of the Wiley Group since 2014. He has been living and breathing learning and learning technologies for 21 years. He started business as a stand-up trainer, then as a coder creating an early LMS, an elearning author and then as a manager of learning technology teams. That background combined with a surprisingly useful degree in Scandinavian studies from Edinburgh leads to interesting conversations on leadership, change, learning and discovery with business leaders in all industries.  Born and raised in Scotland, he emigrated to London in 1999 where he now lives with his wife and two young children.

Morgan Ballevre of CrossKnowledgeMorgan Ballevre Learning Experience Expert, CrossKnowledge

Morgan Ballevre is a multi-cultural optimistic who is passionate about ensuring organisations consider the learning and development of their employees as a key component of their success. Morgan enjoys engaging with new technologies and is always curious to find out how we can leverage learning technologies with learning design to deliver impactful learning experiences.  Morgan draws on his role as a semi-professional rugby player to inspire his leadership and team management. This background combined with the experience of living in six countries across four different continents has lead him to some interesting views and debates on the impact culture has on the roles of leadership and learning. Last but not least, Morgan enjoys writing about himself in the 3rd person when travelling between visiting clients.
