Check out our Supplier Showcase session on Monday, November 5th from 3pm-4pm in Coronado Ffeaturing Jan Rijken, Learning Director at CrossKnowledge.The Good, the Bad and the Ugly workshop describes the challenges to implement digital learning in a corporate environment, including a case study. It describes why & how digital learning was implemented and the case study results are then complemented by presenting a Digital Learning Readiness scan, based on extensive research.

This workshop highlights which areas corporate L&D needed to influence in order to facilitate the transition from classroom-based learning to blended learning: strategy, governance, culture, measurement, technology, content, marketing & communication, and L&D roles and capabilities. The change process is described and reinforced by curriculum examples and a ‘story’ on the decision-making process.

Participants can reflect and learn from the outcomes:
