CrossKnowledge to Be a Sponsor at Masie Learning 2018!

Elliott Masie's Learning 2018 - CrossKnowledge sponsor

Masie Learning 2018 is celebrating it’s 28th year as a global gathering of learning colleagues and CrossKnowledge is happy to be a sponsor. Learning 2018 is a unique event, that will bring you and your colleagues new insights, perspectives, best practices, difficult challenges, and emerging innovations in the world of Learning at the Workplace!

Check out our Supplier Showcase session on Monday, November 5th from 3pm-4pm in Coronado Ffeaturing Jan Rijken, Director of CrossKnowledge Learning Institute. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly workshop describes the challenges to implement digital learning in a corporate environment, including a case study. It describes why & how digital learning was implemented and the case study results are then complemented by presenting a Digital Learning Readiness scan, based on extensive research.

This workshop highlights which areas corporate L&D needed to influence in order to facilitate the transition from classroom-based learning to blended learning: strategy, governance, culture, measurement, technology, content, marketing & communication, and L&D roles and capabilities. The change process is described and reinforced by curriculum examples and a ‘story’ on the decision-making process.

Participants can reflect and learn from the outcomes:

·       The Good: benefits from implementing digital learning (quality, quantity and financials)

·       The Bad: lessons learned during the implementation process

·       The Ugly: hard implications related to the transformation: culture, L&D organization

·       The Digital Learning scan, that will provide participants with a tool and insights to enable Digital Learning Readiness in their organization.
