CrossKnowledge to Be a Sponsor at Masie Learning 2019!

Masie Learning 2019 is celebrating it’s 29th year as a global gathering of learning colleagues and CrossKnowledge is happy to be a sponsor. Learning 2019 is a unique event, that will bring you and your colleagues new insights, perspectives, best practices, difficult challenges, and emerging innovations in the world of Learning at the Workplace!

Check out our Supplier Showcase session on Tuesday, October 29th from 9:15am-10:15am in Coronado Gfeaturing Peter Manniche Riber, Head of Digital Learning at Novo Nordisk. The “Head to Head LXP vs LMS” workshop describes how would a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) stack up against a Learning Management System (LMS)? Pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk decided to find out! They compared the innovative CrossKnowledge LXP against their current LMS with the same content, in two parallel groups to test the differences of impact and learning across two separate groups, with very interesting findings. Join us as they compare the two, and take a look at the fascinating results.

Participants can reflect and learn from the outcomes:

·       LXP outperformed LMS by 3-4 times

·       LXP delivered better engagement, social learning, and better outsomes

·       The experiment lead to Senior level approval of the effectiveness of an LXP with real-world results
