And the digital transformation is just beginning: by 2018, 50% of all business process jobs will have disappeared, and digital jobs will increase by 500%. Despite the omnipresence of digital technologies in organisations today, statistics reveal that the people working in them are unprepared. In the U.S., an estimated 60 million people are shut off from jobs because of a lack of digital skills: nearly 20% of American adults do not use the Internet at home, work, or at school, or on mobile devices.
