Ben Casnocha is an award winning entrepreneur and author in Silicon Valley. He has spoken to tens of thousands of people around the world about entrepreneurship, innovation, career strategy, and HR strategy.
Tammy Hughes is a member of the CrossKnowledge Faculty. Tammy delivers dynamic speeches and workshops throughout the world on intergenerational issues as well as the male / female balance in workplace.
Jason Hathaway is an alumnus of the University of Virginia and has been living in France for the past 15 years. Before joining CrossKnowledge, Jason taught and worked as a Program Manager at France’s n°2 Business School (ESSEC).
Steve Fiehl is a graduate of HEC Paris. Formerly director general of Hachette Custom Publishing, he is in charge of innovation at CrossKnowledge. Steve runs the training and technology research and development teams.
Nora Rolstad has a fearless and experimental approach to change management and learning and is one of the driving forces for using Blended X as a facilitating tool for strategy implementation and cultural change.
Lasse Hamre is the strategy director at K. He works at innovating processes and tools for organisational and behavioural change, and is a consultant for clients who take an active approach to strategic development.
Before joining the FNAC, Philippe Piron held various operational and sales positions within Boulanger. Previously Regional Manager for North-East, Rhone-Alps and Paris, Philippe is since 2015 HR Director for France and Switzerland.
Before joining Engie, Nicolas was working at Danone in human resources, development & design of organizations. More recently, he had held a position in AXA France as Training & Digital Transformation Manager and he was also in charge of the AXA Group University.

Dr. Feena May is a teacher and researcher in the area of leadership as well as being a senior manager with the International Committee of the Red Cross, the world’s oldest humanitarian organisation, active in over 80 countries.
Larry McAlister is VP, Global Talent Management at Equinix, the largest data center company in the world; and leads the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Culture & Values efforts on a mission to promote HR transformation.
Carla Chagas is Supergasbras’ HR Coordinator, with big experience in Learning and Development programs. She is responsible for the structure and implementation of the Supergasbras’ Development Institute, as well as its internal communication strategy.
Kathryn J. Coleman
Dr. Kathryn J. Coleman is 3M’s Global Leader, Virtual Experience, and Technology & Employee Development. She is responsible to expand and extend training across 3M’s global workforce.
As an Employee Development Specialist within 3M’s Global Academy of Innovative Development, Dustin Wellik is responsible for supporting 3M’s business priorities by extending development opportunities to 3M’s global workforce through virtual learning technologies.
Simone has built her career throughout several companies in the petrochemical industry, healthcare and IT. In 2015 Simone joined DSM as a L&D consultant and has contributed to the implementation of several successful projects at DSM in the field of L&D.
