Adam Grant is an associate professor at the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania).

He holds university degrees in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan and Harvard University. His research focuses on work motivation, job design, and prosocial cooperative and helping behaviors. Adam Grant has been named one of the best business school professors under the age of 40 and has received the “Excellence in Teaching” Award for his teaching at Wharton.

He is the author of “Give and Take” recognized as a New York Times Best Seller and one of the best books of 2013 by Amazon, the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post.
