2. What can you tell us about the digital learning market in Japan specifically, and Southeast Asia in general?

The digital learning market in Japan is expanding rapidly. The market size is projected to reach US$ 1752 million by 2027, from US$ 1101 million in 2021, at a CAGR of 8.06% during 2021-2027.

Previously, most trainings were face-to-face by management hierarchy. But with the combination of face-to-face training with e-learning has increased. The covid crisis has helped to accelerate this trend. Today’s customers are looking for a “learning platform” that offers a hybrid learning solution.

Southeast Asia is also an important market, Asia E-learning/online Learning market was estimated at $38.25 billion in 2020 and is expected to hit $162.15 billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of 15.7% from 2021 to 2030.

3. You have had an enduring partnership with CrossKnowledge for over 16 years. How has this relationship evolved during this time period?

BConはCrossKnowledgeと16年以上にわたって永続的なパートナーシップを築いてきました。 この期間中にこの関係はどのように進化したか教えてください。

In the beginning, we mainly proposed e-learning before and/or after a face-to-face training.

As market needs changed, CrossKnowledge worked with us to adapt our offering to customer needs:

Thanks to this enduring partnership, we were able to greatly increase our performance over the years.

We are currently introducing a new offer called Microlearning (video series) through the self-directed CrossKnowledge learning format, that is also in high demand from our market. In the future, Japan will shift its focus from “training by hierarchy” to “personalized individual learning”. We plan to introduce the CK Connect solution to support this change.

CrossKnowledge is a very important partner for BCon, in order for us to continue to provide “digital learning” in the future. Respect and trust will remain the main drivers of this partnership, as well as a shared visionary strategy to meet the ever-accelerating demands of the digital learning sector in Japan and Southeast Asia.
