Donna Butler and Gill Hasson - Mental Health

Mental health is one of the most important issues facing businesses today. According to the World Federation for Mental Health, one in five people in the workplace experience a mental health condition at some point.

These come in many different forms, ranging from stress, panic attacks and anxiety to depression, burnout and suicidal thoughts, among others. Mental health issues such as these can, in turn, impact organizations through absenteeism, employee turnover, and a loss of engagement and productivity. This program provides guidance for both employers and employees on achieving quality mental health and wellbeing and supporting others in this quest.
