Michel Fender, an expert and teaching professional, is also a supply chain consultant who, over the past 25 years, has worked for numerous international clients in both the private and public sectors as manufacturing, retail, army, FMTG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or governments.
He is a professor at the Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, a prestigious international institution specializing in engineering, where he runs the Master Degree course in logistics and Supply Chain Management. He formerly was Executive Education Director at ESSEC business school.
Michel Frender is the author of many reference books in his field of expertise.
The program we have developed raises awareness on the tools and good practices which are necessary to supply chain optimization (competition benchmarking, SLA definition, Pareto analysis applied to product offer, per product service level differentiation…), but not only… It also focuses on the good practices to implement in order to efficiently manage a supply chain (collaborative approach, structured decision making and implementation, global approach which can easily be adapted to local specificities).
