You can now select the date format when importing learner data.
What will change
To ensure that administrators have better control when importing learner data, you will now be able to select the date format of your import file.
This can especially be useful if you are importing date related information that could be ambiguous (e.g. 1/2/2026 could be January 2 or February 1 depending on the format).
In step 3 of the import process you can now select the date format (day month year, month day year…).

This feature will be available on all instances on March 26, 2026.
