New restriction on scheduled emails based on the session start date

For scheduled emails based on the session start date, an option allows emails to be sent after the planned date to learners who have not received them yet.

To prevent emails from being sent too long after the session start date, we have implemented a 60-day limit for sending these messages. We have updated the option’s label to reflect this change.

This means that a learner registered more than 60 days after the scheduled sending date of these emails will not receive scheduled emails with this configuration.

If learners are likely to join the session later than this, please schedule the emails using the registration date and not the session start date.
