Your time-sensitive training is now easier to plan!

You can now set a due date on your sessions!

You can now add a due date to your Blendedx sessions. This new capability will allow you to get a lot more control over mandatory and time-sensitive training initiatives. And, of course, it comes with a new column and filter in the “Registrations” Excel report to help you stay on top of it and monitor your learners’ progress.

When this feature is enabled, a label will appear to your learners in the My Activity tab showing the number of days left to complete a course and whether or not it’s overdue. This information is only visible in My Activity for now and won’t be displayed in Learning Channel and homepage widgets yet.

Learners will see a warning message on their “My activity page” when the due date is exceeded. Learners can still access an overdue session, as long as the session itself is still open.

As an administrator, you will be able to set a due date on any Blendedx session in one of two ways:

Careful, if a due date is after the session end date, the session will close at the end date, even if some learners still have a few days left to complete the course. To avoid this issue, we recommend setting a fixed due date for sessions with an end date, or monitoring registrations carefully to make sure this won’t be an issue.

There are currently no automated email rules linked to the due date, but you can easily set up your own based on the session start date and/or the learner’s registration date. Don’t hesitate to contact your CrossKnowledge team if you need help setting them up.

Through our existing reporting! A new filter and a new column have been added to the Registrations report, so you can see all the information you need in one place. The information will also soon be available through the Registrations overview dashboard.
