CrossKnowledge is searching for a Senior Learning Designer – based in Rueil-Malmaison (Paris area).

Job Summary

The Senior Learning Designer is responsible for supporting CrossKnowledge clients in the design and optimization of effective, engaging learning solutions aligned with their business and functional challenges.
As part of the Client Success team, he/she acts as a learning design expert and consulting partner, leveraging CrossKnowledge solutions and best practices from the learning sciences. 

Responsibilities

  • Design tailored learning courses and programs (digital and/or blended) by applying best practices in learning design and learning sciences, and by using CrossKnowledge solutions, including AI. 
  • Advise and support clients in the design of their learning projects. 
  • Design and deliver customized training sessions or coaching to support the upskilling of our clients in digital learning (learning design, learner engagement, facilitation, etc.). 
  • Manage projects in compliance with timelines, budget, scope, and CrossKnowledge quality standards. 
  • Work closely with internal Client Success, Sales, and Presales teams.

Profile & Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in instructional design / learning engineering. 
  • Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) as an instructional designer / learning designer. 
  • Strong expertise in digital learning and in designing customized learning solutions (digital and/or blended), including the use of LMSs, SaaS solutions, and authoring tools. 
  • Solid experience in delivering training and coaching sessions, both face-to-face and/or remotely. 
  • Good understanding of the corporate learning environment and its challenges. 
  • Strong consulting and client support skills, with a partner mindset and the ability to challenge client needs and propose appropriate learning solutions. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. 
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple learning design projects simultaneously. 
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (Client Success, Sales, Presales) and actively contribute to team dynamics. 
  • Positive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, solution-oriented approach, and adaptability. 
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). 

Location

The position is based in Rueil-Malmaison (Paris area), with the possibility of up to two days of remote work per week.
