The April release introduces an updated skill-based learning experience in Capabl Grow.
What will change
The learner interface has been redesigned to support both AI-powered skill recommendations and direct skill search. Selected skills remain visible throughout the journey to improve clarity and ease of use.
Learners can describe their current role and their objectives in natural language, enabling more relevant and personalized skill and course suggestions.
The AI can suggest skills and provide an explanation of its relevance. The learner can then decide which skills to add to their Skills to develop list. They will then receive recommendations for relevant training courses in line with their goals and priorities.
