Administrators can now use AI-powered translation to automatically create language variations of their training courses.
The translation service helps accelerate the localization process by translating course content while preserving the original structure and formatting. This allows Learning Designers to make training content available to global audiences more quickly and efficiently.
How it will work
Platform administrators can select the tone of the translation (formal, neutral, informal), and generate a first translation. After reviewing the translation file, they can import it.
Why we are making this change
Creating and maintaining multilingual training content can be time-consuming and costly. This new capability helps organizations scale their learning programs across regions and languages while reducing manual translation effort.
The translation service is designed to preserve key elements of the original course, including HTML formatting, content structure and tone of voice.
Availability
This enhancement will be available on all platforms in August. The exact delivery date will be communicated once confirmed.
