We expect to get our pizzas, our loved ones’ messages, our business reports, When we’ve done the same thing in the same way for years, is it still possible to achieve creativity? And for that matter, are we even noticing what we’re doing at this point, and living the experience?

This course takes us into a mindfulness concept called beginner’s mind, which allows us to slow down and experience the present moment in such a way that we truly take it in, and come up with new insights that might otherwise pass us by.
