We can’t know everything, and in this course we’ll discover how hard it is to even be aware of things going on around us in a given moment. But there is value in taking a calm and mindful attitude towards awareness of our exterior and interior worlds. Being aware of what’s happening — and consciously acknowledging as much — can help us to make wiser decisions and to fully enjoy our moments in life as we live them.

This can also help us get through the moments that we’re less comfortable with or that are trying. This course delves into the concepts of mindful awareness and acknowledgement and delivers approaches for achieving them.
