Life is full of both great things and total downers. But when the more negative emotions take hold too often, they can feed a vicious spiral of negative thinking that just creates an even worse outlook.
This course focuses on how we can avoid that path and have an overall positive approach — without denying the difficult emotions in life, which can also be useful. We’ll see how to develop this approach, monitor the running monologue in our heads, and deal with criticism from others in a constructive way.
